Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- **Lead Management**: Track, manage, and update the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping.
- **Client Interaction**: Conduct field visits with clients, providing personalized tours and presenting property options.
- **Follow-ups**: Maintain regular communication with prospective clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.
- **Cold Calling**: Engage with potential clients via cold calls, effectively communicating the firm's offerings and setting up appointments.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, preparing sales reports, and managing client data.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in sales, is highly desirable.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and general computer usage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a focus on being well-dressed and well-mannered.
