**Roles and Responsibilities:

- Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement.
- Sending out details of new properties in the market to people on your database
- Making appointments and showing buyers around a property.
- Manage your client base through excellent follow up and Sending out details of new properties in the market to people in your database. Working actively on the scheduled appointments and showing buyers around a property.
- Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determining client's needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Leadership quality.
- Must be a Good Communicator.

**Must Have**:

- Preferred experience in real estate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should have their own bike and license.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 Years

**Salary**:

- 15K + incentives.
