**Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of TVS Electronics' products, services, and policies to accurately address customer queries.

**Documentation**: Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in the database.

**Quality Assurance**: Ensure adherence to established quality standards and service level agreements.

**Escalation Handling**: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution and follow up as needed.

**Customer Satisfaction**: Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets through exceptional service delivery.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
