Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- These campaigns are for international markets, with the current focus being the United States & Canada
- You will be responsible for the team’s performance to meet the desired business objectives and targets, those agreed upon.
- You will represent the THP management to the inside sales team in matters related to their performance, operations, and any other support they may need, from time to time.
- You will build team reports and performance metrics of the inside sales team, including projections periodically as agreed upon. You will lend leadership support on the initial conversations generated by the inside sales team, if necessary, and/or if it aids first-level qualification.
- Additionally, you will also contribute to the team targets, as an individual, with your own outbound campaigns. You will be reviewed for the team’s as well as your performance jointly, with the weightage for the team’s performance being higher than the latter.
- You will be provided with enough information to conduct your duties and will be assigned with clear goals and metrics as part of your key result areas.
- You will be measured against the preset metrics periodically and your variable payout will be decided as per the respective policies.

- Strong Team management skills and good understanding of team dynamics
- Possess expert knowledge & insights into current market trends -macro & micro and catalyst business functions but not limited to - brand building, corporate marketing, digital marketing, automation, resource management, analytics, databases, digital transformation, demand generation, C-Suite stakeholder management, PMO skills, segmentation insights, new business market mapping, growth mindset, GTM strategy
