**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
- **Inbound Calls**: Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring all interactions are logged accurately.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain deep knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- **Feedback**: Provide customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve the product and sales process.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
