Position : WhatsApp Marketing Intern
Location : Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities:
Graduates to apply.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in planning and executing WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
Build and manage WhatsApp broadcast lists and groups.
Create and schedule content including promotional messages, updates, and customer support communication.
Monitor engagement metrics and analyze campaign performance.
Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
Suggest creative ideas to improve communication and engagement on WhatsApp.
**Requirements**:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for marketing and digital communication.
Basic understanding of social media and messaging platforms.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Prior experience with WhatsApp Business API is a plus (but not mandatory).
