**About the Role**

We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven **Tele Sales Executives** to join our **Digital Sales - Health Insurance** vertical. This is your opportunity to work with a reputed brand, grow your sales career, and earn great incentives in a performance-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell health insurance plans.
- Explain product features, benefits, and premium options clearly and confidently.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate call and sales records in CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Graduation is **mandatory**:

- Minimum **6 months of outbound insurance sales** experience
- **Age**: 18 to 31 years
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Hindi**
