**Job Title**: Sales Representative

**Location**:Navi Mumbai and Thane, Mumbai

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join as Sales Representatives for our client based in Mumbai. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company
- Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication
- Provide accurate information about products or services to customers
- Document and update customer records in the database
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Degree is mandatory)
- Previous experience in any voice process is a plus, but freshers are also welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

**Working Hours**:

- Six working days per week
- Work timings: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
- Sundays fixed holidays
- Alternate Saturdays will be holidays

**Salary**:

- Salary package can go up to 3 LPA, based on experience and performance
- Unlimited incentives in addition to the fixed salary

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
