Be the tip of the spear in communication with leads and clients - you will be responsible for making outbound phone calls to leads generated by internal/external sources who have indicated an interest in exploring more about the Real Estate projects.
- Team Handling and need to push your team target.
- **Build and maintain relationships with the Developers Sales Team as well as prospects/buyers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.**:

- Constant follow-up on prospective leads, providing them details of the projects that fit their requirement and converting them to site visits and timely communicating with all the stakeholders via oral and written communication.
- Achieve the maximum level of customer satisfaction while striving toward maximizing sales for the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to prospects.
- To be responsible for developing a new customer base and maintaining the current customer database.
- Nurture leads from initial inquiry until the point they are connected with a Closing Manager.
- Willing to work in a target-oriented performance-driven environment and learn & grow with the Team/Organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
- Sound knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
