Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Assist in preparing joining documents for officers - needs to be moderately computer literate/basic knowledge.

2. Commute to VFS office, medical centre & MMD as required for documentation of officers as required.

3. Clearing & handing over joining gear to officers at airport who are in transit & already completed documentation & briefing etc (from other States).

4. Joining gear inventory & up-keep.

5. Commute to consulates (US, Italian etc) for depositing & collection of en-joiners documents.

6. Inventory of all stationery & office consumables including their procurement as instructed.

7. Maintenance of files (hard copies) of receipts, invoices & other related documents as per filing system.

8. Procurement of grocery items & maintenance of office crockery etc as required.

9. Commute to officers residence or airport for collection or depositing documents as needed (familiar with local transport & City).

10. Prepare tea, coffee etc for visitors & office staff as needed.

Education: Any graduate

Experience: 2 years or more

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
