Lab Supervisor

**Minimum qualifications: Bachelor degree in Geology or Civil Engineering**

**with minimum experience 08 Years**

**Job location: Saudi Arabia**
- Supervision of technicians, soil, concrete, Chemist, and assistants involved in physical and chemical testing activities
- Functional responsibility to ensure all testing procedures are carried out in accordance with required standards
- Technical liaison with clients
- Expedition, preparation, verification, and issue of reports
- Verifying that all Laboratory equipment have valid calibration records
- Ensuring quality procedures are adhered to by Laboratory staff
- Developing and implementation of Laboratory testing training program
- Carrying out capability studies
- Coordinating with the Branch Manager on commercial aspects for the Laboratory related projects.
- To identify the minimum stock requirements of the consumables and to prepare requisition. Also to ensure that the same is maintained throughout the process.
- To ensure effective implementation of ISO/IEC 17025 system.
- Responsible for maintenance and calibration of equipment in coordination with the concerned person
- Calibrate the Laboratory instruments / Coordinate the Preventive Maintenance activities based on instruments Calibration / PM schedule.
- Report Technical leader about the purchase request of required instruments, spare parts, consumable, standards, chemicals, and reagents that are necessary to run the test as per the approved method.
- Monitor the performance of Laboratory equipment under his area of responsibility and update the Control Charts for those instruments.
- Update analysis Work Instructions based on the latest approved international methods.
