**Job Purpose**

IT Analytics / GM - IT Analytics

Leading Advanced Analytics initiatives like Digital Analytics, Data Visualization, Network Analytics and Strategic Initiatives

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- This is a full time position of the IT Analytics vertical
- Responsible for all Digital Analytics initiatives including ingestion of new data sources
- Responsible for all Data visualization initiatives for Digital data Analytics
- Responsible for all Network Analytics Initiatives including network data visualization
- Responsible for all strategic Initiatives like CNEM etc. undertaken for cost optimization, network planning and customer experience
- Primary interface for all Digital and Technology functions taking care of Analytics expectations and requirements
- Finalizing IT Analytics Digital and Network Analytics budget working with Head IT Analytics and team members of Digital and Technology functions
- Accountable for end to end Delivery of Digital and Network Analytics demands including solution design, development, testing, production deployment and rollout
- Working with vendor teams and interfacing with technical teams of other systems for finalizing the solution and delivery plan
- Validate solution, capacity and impact analysis submitted by vendor teams to determine manpower, infrastructure and licensing requirements
- Motivating and developing team to increase their knowledge and get optimum performance

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- 10+ years of experience in Telecom along with experience in Data Analytics, Hadoop framework, Cloud platforms, BI and Reporting
- Experience in advanced data visualization platforms such as Cognos, Tableau etc.
- Experienced in ETL Platforms, Data warehousing and Big Data tools (Hadoop, HIVE, KAFKA, Druid etc.)
- Experience in DevOps concepts such as automated testing, deployments and associated tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- BSC / B.E. / BTech /MBA
