**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing**:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

2. Manage all aspects of digital advertising campaigns, including budgeting, planning, implementation, and performance analysis.

3. Oversee the creation and optimization of content across digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business objectives.

4. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.

5. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative and effective digital marketing strategies.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
1. Lead the planning and execution of various programs within the organization, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.

3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for each program.

4. Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful program implementation.

5. Monitor and report on the progress of programs, addressing any issues or risks that may arise.

6. Evaluate the success of programs through data analysis and feedback, making recommendations for improvement as necessary.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3. Demonstrated success in managing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.

4. Project management certification (PMP) or equivalent experience in program management.

5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
