**Roles and Responsibilities**
**Administrative Support**:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the [Executive/Manager].
- Manage and organize the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle communication and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
**Travel Coordination**:
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Ensure timely submission of expense reports related to travel and business expenses.
**Documentation and Filing**:
- Maintain and organize confidential files and documents.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
**Communication**:
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
**Event Coordination**:
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
**Task Management**:
- Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in managing projects as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Proactive and resourceful problem solver.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
