JD Timeliness: Time Spent On-Time Completion Percentage Number Of Adjustments To The Schedule Planned Hours Vs. Time Spent Resource Capacity Planning Budget: Budget Creation (Or Revision) Line Items In Budget Planned Value Cost Performance Index Quality: Customer / Stakeholder Satisfaction Customer Complaints Number Of Errors Effectiveness: Number Of complaints/UC closed On Time With Sign Off Technical Roles: Identify kaizens and drive the safety kaizens & quality improvements. Contractor evaluation and execution of works safely. Carpentry, plumbing, drainages, stormwater lines, roof cleaning, solar panel washing & maintenance, electricity bills payments etc. follow up and execution. Water conservation projects handling & maintaining data. Support for Documentations related with legal compliance, Audit compliance, PPAP, IATF compliance, admin and maintenance related activities. Handling outsourced/contractors activities, their legal requirements and safety standards. Observe for legal compliance falling under his activities. Good in computer skills & communication skills. Must have capabilities to understand civil, mechanical & electrical drawings and specifications. Preparation of BOQ/RFQ & float enquiries, e-auction etc. Execution of multiple activities at a time. Asset planning & Asset capitalization related to admin & maint. Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Work with stakeholders to define project goals and align strategies with organizational objectives. Look after day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and technical specialists. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential issues. Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their expectations are managed appropriately. Allocate resources effectively to ensure the tasks are completed on schedule. Collaborate with department heads to identify and address resource needs. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement. Monitor budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial goals are met.
