**Job Title**: Safety Officer
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure the site complies with all local, state, and federal safety regulations (e.g., OSHA standards).
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of the site to identify hazards or non-compliance issues.
- **Risk Assessment**:

- Evaluate potential hazards on the construction site and implement safety measures to minimize risks.
- Perform daily safety checks of equipment, machinery, and the work environment.
- **Training and Awareness**:

- Conduct safety orientation and training sessions for new workers and ensure all workers understand safety procedures and policies.
- Provide ongoing safety training to workers on-site, including proper use of protective equipment and emergency protocols.
- **Incident Investigation and Reporting**:

- Investigate any accidents or near-miss incidents, gathering facts, and determining causes.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
- **Emergency Preparedness**:

- Develop and implement emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures.
- Ensure first-aid kits and emergency equipment are accessible and properly maintained.
- **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**:

- Ensure that all workers wear the required PPE such as helmets, gloves, goggles, and harnesses.
- Regularly check the condition and availability of PPE.
- **Safety Meetings**:

- Hold regular safety meetings to discuss potential risks and safety concerns.
- Encourage feedback from workers regarding safety practices and improvements.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, incidents, and any corrective actions taken.
- Prepare and submit safety compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies.
- **Safety Equipment**:

- Monitor and maintain safety equipment such as scaffolding, fire extinguishers, and fall protection systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
