- Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers
- Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
- Work quickly to address and resolve customer fears and issues
- Use best practices in customer sales and relationship management
- Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand
- Elite class customer skills

**Requirements**:

- Expr: 6 months to 1 yr.
- Intuitive to customers’ needs and ability to understand and profile customers intuitively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and good command on English
- Proven track record of building & sustaining long-term business relationships with clients
- Proven track record of providing quality customer service to clients
- Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time
- Minimum one year hands on experience in matrimony agency, including 1x1 direct client facing visits and meetings. Additional tele sales experience preferred
- A background in customer sales service or real estate is a plus

**Qualification**:Any graduate preferred

**Salary**:up to 30,000 (per month)

**Travelling Allowance**: up to 10,000 (per month)

**Notice**: Immediate joiners preferred

**Shift timings**: 6am to 11pm (Rotational Shifts)

6 days working (no Sunday off)

Female: 6am to 3pm

Male: 3pm to 11pm

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

Ability to Commute:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
