**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Network Admin to join our team. As a Network Admin, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, and resolving IT-related issues. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and software installations.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

2. Format and deploy operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) on computers and ensure system compatibility and stability.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues reported by end-users promptly and effectively.

5. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets, including hardware devices, software licenses, and peripherals.

6. Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition of hardware and software as per organizational needs.

7. Manage and monitor software licensing compliance to avoid any violations.

8. Assist in setting up and managing network devices, including routers, switches, and access points.

9. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure smooth data transfer across the network.

10. Educate end-users on best practices for computer usage, data security, and IT policies.

11. Conduct periodic system and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks.

12. Follow established IT procedures and contribute to the development and improvement of IT policies and protocols.

13. Work closely with the IT team to support IT projects and initiatives.

14. Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in IT to continually enhance technical knowledge

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in installing and maintaining computer systems, including hardware and software installations.

3. Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and their troubleshooting.

4. Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, and wireless technologies.

5. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.

6. Familiarity with IT inventory management and software licensing practices.

7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

8. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to provide exceptional end-user support. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities. 10. A proactive and service-oriented attitude, always seeking to exceed end-users'expectations. 11. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are advantageous.

12. Prior experience in IT support or a related role will be beneficial.
