**Job Title: Team Coordinator (Academic Content)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive assignments from the management team and understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
- Coordinate with freelancers, providing them with clear instructions and project guidelines.
- Set realistic deadlines for each assignment and ensure that freelancers are aware of the delivery expectations.
- Facilitate effective communication between the academic team, project stakeholders, and freelancers, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
- Monitor the progress of each project, ensuring that freelancers adhere to deadlines and maintain the desired quality of work.
- Review and assess completed assignments, verifying their accuracy, originality, and compliance with project guidelines.
- Collaborate with the academic team to maintain consistency and ensure the alignment of content with educational standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to freelancers to improve the quality of their work and enhance future collaboration.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project execution, maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with freelancers.
- Maintain a well-organized database of freelancers, their areas of expertise, and their performance history for future reference.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in any relevant field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in an educational or content development setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with freelancers and team members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all completed projects.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software to track progress and manage workflows.
- Familiarity with academic content development and an understanding of educational requirements and standards is a plus.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
