**Job Title: Waitress - Cafe Coffee House**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service & Order Management**:

- Greet and seat customers with a friendly and professional approach.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
- Serve orders with precision while maintaining presentation standards.

**Upselling & Sales Growth**:

- Recommend additional items to enhance the dining experience.

**Upsell menu items** such as specialty drinks, desserts, and combos.
- Meet sales targets and earn incentives based on performance.

**Guest Experience & Satisfaction**:

- Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable menu options.
- Address customer inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.

**Operational & Technical Duties**:

- Maintain cleanliness of tables, cutlery, and service stations.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Assist in restocking and coordinating with kitchen staff for seamless service.

**Use Captain App and mobile devices** to take and process orders efficiently.
- **Basic knowledge of Excel** to update daily sales, stock, and order reports.
- **Experience**: 1+ year in a restaurant, café, or hospitality role preferred.
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to upsell and drive sales.
- Professional, well-groomed, and attentive to customer needs.
- Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary & Benefits**:
**Salary**: ₹13,000 - ₹16,000 per month (based on experience)
