**Major Deliverables**
- **Handle Resident Complaints**: Receive and address calls from residents regarding various complaints related to plumbing, electricity, and other maintenance issues.
- **Record & Maintain Information**: Accurately document all details of the complaints, including resident information, issue descriptions, and any follow-up actions in an organized Excel spreadsheet.
- **Coordinate with Relevant Departments**: Process complaints and escalate them to the appropriate departments (plumbing, electrical, etc.) for timely resolution, ensuring all concerns are addressed efficiently.
- **Track and Monitor Resolution Progress**: Follow up with the concerned departments to ensure that the issues are resolved within a reasonable time frame and maintain clear communication with residents regarding the status of their complaints.
**Essential Attributes & Experience**
- 1 to 2 Years of experience in any Industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills and interpersonal skills.
- Professional Tone.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- The patience and ability to understand conversation
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
