Your Company Name] is a leading manufacturer in the furniture industry, specializing in high-quality, precision-crafted products. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our production team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor CNC woodworking machines (e.g., router, drilling, milling) for furniture manufacturing.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to produce accurate components.
- Set up machines with appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials as per production requirements.
- Ensure parts meet quality standards by performing measurements and inspections.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine or tooling issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines.
- Maintain accurate production and quality control records.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience operating CNC machines in woodworking or furniture manufacturing industry.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.
- Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, precision, and quality control.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of safety practices in woodworking operations.

**Education & Experience**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Carpentry, Wood Technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.

**Salary**: As per industry standards and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
