Required Qualifications:

- Education in Agriculture or related field (B.Sc Agriculture, M.Sc Agriculture)
- Experience in communicating with farmers
- Knowledge of pesticide products and their usage
- Good communication skills (in both Hindi and English)

**Job Description**:

- Provide information about pesticide products to farmers
- Explain the correct usage of products
- Resolve agricultural issues through calls
- Offer guidance and advice to farmers
