As the Executive Assistant you should be a proactive multitasker, learning and taking on diverse responsibilities to support the company's growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing task lists and ensuring completion within set deadlines.
- Organizing calls, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes with actionable points.
- Maintaining personal and professional calendars.
- Compiling daily agendas.
- Coordinating travel arrangements for the company.
- Documenting SOP's and training staff to Implementation.
- Basic Data-Entry & Documentation Tasks.
- Make Follow-Up Calls.
- Conduct screening calls with stakeholders.
