**The Role**:
- The role of a Director of Strategy is to oversee and lead the development and implementation of the strategic plans for an organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement the organization's strategic plan.
- Conduct market research, analyse industry trends and competitive landscapes, and identify potential areas for growth and innovation.
- Lead a team of analysts, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute business plans and budgets and monitor progress against established goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives and plans.
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of existing strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as an advisor to platform and business unit leaders in the evaluation of merger and acquisition transactions and make recommendations on the impact of decision to the company's objectives and performance.
- Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business and coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring.
- Ability to lead and build consensus about various corporate teams.
**Key Capabilities**:
- MBA with overall experience of 10 years
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in working with a consulting organization driving strategy role.
- Preferred 2-3 years of experience in competitive and market research.
