**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for Geodesic Tents and other outdoor products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their outdoor product needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our outdoor products to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in outdoor products or related industries must be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of outdoor products, particularly Geodesic Tents, is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend trade shows or industry events.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
