**Job Title**: Content Moderation - Subject Matter Expert (SME)

**Location**: Uppal, Hyderabad

**Job Type**: Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are hiring a **Subject Matter Expert (SME)** with proven expertise in **content moderation**. This role is ideal for professionals who have worked as an SME in content review/moderation environments and can provide strategic and operational support to moderation teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the **SME for content moderation processes** and policy enforcement
- Handle complex and sensitive content escalation cases
- Work with quality and training teams to improve moderation standards
- Stay updated on platform policies and ensure alignment with moderation guidelines
- Review team performance metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement
- Train, mentor, and support junior team members

**Required Experience & Skills**:

- **Minimum 1 year of documented experience as a Content Moderation SME**:

- In-depth understanding of content policy, community guidelines, and moderation workflows
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to handle sensitive content
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities
- Comfortable working in high-pressure and fast-paced environments

**Work Conditions & Benefits**:

**Location**:
Uppal, Hyderabad

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
