Job Title: Subject Matter Expert - Pre Primary

Job Summary

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) for pre-primary will be crucial in developing and enhancing the early years curriculum. This position requires an understanding of early childhood education principles and the ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to young learners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and review curriculum materials for pre-primary education.
- Design creative lesson plans that promote active learning and engagement.
- Provide training and support to educators on best practices in early childhood education.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and research in early childhood education.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in early childhood education or a similar role.
- Knowledge of child development and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
