We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Tester with strong experience in ERP and CRM tools to join our quality assurance team.

Skill / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar QA role.
- Strong experience in testing ERP and CRM tools, with Salesforce testing as a primary focus.
- Proficient in manual testing and experience in automated testing methodologies.
- Solid understanding of project management and QA methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail, etc.).
- Excellent documentation skills with the ability to log and track errors.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mind, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
- Review and analyze business requirements and system specifications.
- Develop effective testing strategies and detailed test plans for Salesforce, ERP, and CRM tools.
- Execute test cases (manual and/or automated) and meticulously analyze results.
- Evaluate product code to ensure compliance with system specifications.
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects, ensuring thorough documentation of the testing process.
- Identify, report, and document bugs and errors to the project team.
- Troubleshoot issues and assist in debugging during the development phase.
- Conduct thorough post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, business analysts, etc.) to ensure quality and adhere to testing best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure that all testing activities align with the Global Technology Operating Model (GTOM) requirements.
