**About Us**:
We are a leading creative advertising agency with in-house printing and production capabilities. Our work spans across innovative branding solutions, signage systems, retail displays, and fabrication-led advertising executions. To strengthen our fabrication team, we are looking for a skilled CNC Router Machine Operator to join us.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain CNC Router machines for cutting and shaping materials like acrylic, MDF, ACP, foam board, etc.
- Interpret design files (DXF, DWG, etc.) and ensure accurate execution as per job requirements.
- Prepare materials and load them correctly on the machine table with proper alignment and clamping.
- Monitor the machine during operation to ensure efficiency and quality output.
- Perform quality checks and measurements post-cutting to confirm adherence to design specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of CNC equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborate with the design and fabrication team to resolve technical or production issues.
- Follow all safety procedures and standards while working with machinery and materials.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience operating CNC Router machines in a signage/fabrication/advertising/printing environment.
- Understanding of G-code and CNC operating software like ArtCAM etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and cutting files.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Physically fit to handle materials and work in a production environment.
- Minimum qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Production or relevant technical field preferred.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with other fabrication equipment like laser cutters, plotters, or panel saws.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
