**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell Saraswathi Organics’ range of organic soaps to retail outlets, wellness stores, and direct customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities and sales channels (online and offline).
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide product education to clients.
- Collect market feedback and relay insights to the marketing and product development teams.
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account progress.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for sustainability and natural products.
- Proficiency in local languages is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Marketing, or related field.
