**Responsibilities**:

- **Implementation Assistance**: Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful implementation of SAP modules.
- Provide expertise in configuring SAP modules based on business requirements.
- Assist in data migration and system integration activities.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to familiarize them with SAP functionalities.
- **System Administration**: Monitor SAP system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Manage user access and security settings within SAP.
- Coordinate with external vendors for technical support and system enhancements.
- **Support and Documentation**: Act as the primary point of contact for end-user support related to SAP.
- Address user queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Develop and implement best practices for SAP usage and administration.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes and improvements.
- Stay updated on new SAP releases and features and assess their relevance to the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP Administrator or in a similar role with a minimum of 5+ years.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as Finance (FI/CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and others.
- Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and configuration.
- Proficiency in SAP Basis administration tasks including system monitoring, performance tuning, and user management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in SAP Administration is preferred but not required.
