We are looking for **Logistic executive** for **Chandigarh** location.

**Position Overview**: A Logistic Executive is responsible to manage our logistics operations efficiently while also providing administrative support to our team. He will be responsible for overseeing the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods, as well as handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate logistics and dispatch operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any transportation issues or delays.
- Negotiate with suppliers, carriers, and vendors to secure competitive rates and terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize inventory control procedures to minimize stock shortages and excess.
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to forecast demand and plan logistics accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of godown, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient logistics strategies.
- Provide administrative support to the team including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing office supplies.
- Assist in managing office facilities and equipment maintenance.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Any Graduate can apply.
- Proven experience in logistics management and administrative support roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
