About Rockpecker

With its strong technical foundation, Rockpecker is now looking to develop systems and processes which allow it to scale rapidly and expand its operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- To actively look for improvements in the current IT systems and formulate plans for changes which enhance productivity, accountability, repeatability, and scalability of operations.
- To execute projects set by upper management with the previously mentioned goals.
- Some of the immediate projects would be:

- Introducing Microsoft teams, Sharepoint and OneDrive for storing all documents electronically
- Improving the hosting of the internal ERP software
- Upgrade some PCs and procure new PCs as required
- Create standard operating procedures for tasks along with flowcharts to reduce man dependence.
- Self-proposed projects

Job location:

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
