**Responsibilities**:

- Counsel potential patients seeking our products and services on our Website, FB, Google, Just Dial, Incoming Calls, Chats, Instagram, Twitter etc
- Meet our business growth objectives by achieving revenue targets and process benchmarks on a daily basis
- Attend to customer enquiries and fix patients appointments with our doctors and other partners for joining our programs
- Follow Ups to reduce Cancellations and No - Shows through confirmation calls, rescheduling of appointments, follow - up calls, sms', patient engagement
- Making conversations with patients to enable them get comfortable in the clinic
- Share the Google Review link with the patients and politely get them to fill it

**Requirements**:

- Good command over spoken and written English and Hindi
- Prior health-tech/patients counseling experience
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve objectives
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient with computers including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Committed, enthusiastic team player
