**About the role**

Indirect Operations Lead will work with supply chain category management team and internal COE Teams to ensure that BAU activities are performed by the team on time and with accuracy. The lead would be accountable for working with internal stakeholders to assess current process/performance and highlight risks, create a mitigation plan and ensure mínimal impact on operational activities. The leads need to ensure that KPIs are met and build a robust governance mechanism

Build Organizational Capability and Capacity to complement the growth and high performance expectations. Develop and enhance continuous improvement culture and drive the organization towards CoE. Own Attracting, Hiring, Engaging, Developing and Retention of diverse talent.

You will work with global supply chain, across sites and regions to ensure that BAU operations activities are delivered on time

**Key Responsibilities**:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

- ** A. Core Indirect Operations/Sourcing knowledge**
- Knowledge and exposure to Indirect categories, cost reduction, sourcing,, driving demand control, policies, best practice thereby guiding team to drive best outcomes for Carrier
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and managing risks associated with operations.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with departments like marketing, finance, accounting, and human resources to ensure smooth operation
- Should have experience driving day to day operations for procurement and sourcing teams

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree from a premier institute is a must, MBA
- Strong sourcing knowledge
- Should have managed a team of 4-10 direct reports
- Ability to work in a global environment with global stakeholders across multiple countries
