**Company Profile**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bank & Cash Management**: Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements, handle petty cash, and ensure accurate tracking of cash flows.
- **Invoice Management**: Record **sales and purchase invoices** in **Tally ERP**, ensure proper documentation, and follow up on pending invoices.
- **Expense Management**: Monitor, track, and report company expenses, ensuring compliance with internal approval processes.
- **GST & TDS Compliance**: Assist in the preparation of GST returns, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance reporting.
- **Client & Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with clients and vendors regarding invoices, payments, queries, and documentation.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in generating financial summaries, monthly account statements, and management reports.
- **Audit Support**: Support internal and external audits by preparing and organizing financial records and documents.
- **Data & Record Maintenance**: Maintain accurate records of accounts, payments, and receipts for reporting and compliance purposes.
- **Process Improvement**: Suggest improvements in accounting and financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with senior accountants, finance team, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely financial operations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce, Accounting, Finance**, or a related field.
- **0-2 years of experience** in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles. Freshers with strong Tally and MS Excel knowledge are welcome.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP**, **MS Excel**, and accounting software.
- Understanding of **GST, TDS, invoicing, and accounting principles**.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
