**JOB DESCRIPTION - SALES EXECUTIVE (AGIL INTIMATES)**

**JOB DETAILS**:

- Position - Retail Sales Executive.
- Timing - Full time (10AM to 9PM or 11AM to Closing).
- Location - RS Puram, Coimbatore.
- Brand - Jockey (Exclusive Store).
- Monthly Salary - 17,000 + Incentives.
- Interview Process - Online or Offline
- Joining - Immediately Hiring.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide accurate information to customers (e.g., product features, pricing, uses, etc)
- Upselling and Cross-sell products. Striving to achieve sale targets.
- Assisting the Store manager to manage the inventory in the showroom.
- Manage customer complaints and returns of merchandise.
- Conduct stock audit on a daily basis and to assist the inventory team during audits.
- To take responsibility for cleanliness and maintenance of the store.
- Stay up to date with new products and ensure sales on new launches.
- To follow the grooming and uniform standards of the company.
- To follow Standard Operating Procedures given by the company in all situations.
- To assist the store manager in the store opening or closing procedures (depending upon shift).

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS (SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)**:

- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associateor similar role in a reputed apparel brand.
- Understanding of the retail sales process and store operations.
- Familiarity with customer service.
- Basic Knowledge of stock arrangement and audit procedures.
- Basic math and English knowledge.
- Track record of achieving sales targets.
- Communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
