**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**IT Recruitment**:
1.Source, screen, and hire top-tier IT talent across various technical domains.

2.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technical needs.

**Technical Expertise**:
1.Leverage knowledge in programming languages such as C#, HTML, and other platforms to understand technical job roles better.

2.Stay updated on emerging technologies to refine recruitment strategies.

**HR Operations**:
1.Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

2.Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.

2.3-6 years of proven experience in IT recruitment and HR operations.

3.Strong knowledge of C#, HTML, and other programming languages or technologies.

4.Proficiency in using ATS tools and recruitment software.

5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Working days: The job requires 6 working days with Fixed Sundays off.

Shift: The job requires the morning shift.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
