We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized **Design Executive** to join our real estate team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare area tables, presentations, and support design documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants in the absence of the Senior Design Coordinator.
- Check and review drawings for accuracy before further coordination.
- Conduct site visits to Baroda or other project locations as required to support design implementations.
- Draft in-house design changes and assist in design brainstorming sessions

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in design, preferably in real estate.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and design presentation tools.
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and visualization skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for site visits as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
