**Programmer (Networking & Smart Controls)**

**Job Summary**

As a Programmer (Networking & Smart Controls), you will be the key to bringing our clients' smart home visions to life. You'll be responsible for programming and integrating a wide range of systems—from lighting and AV to climate and security—into a seamless, user-friendly platform. You will work closely with our installation team to ensure a smooth setup, and with clients to ensure their new system meets their every need.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Program home automation systems** according to project specifications and client preferences.
- **Integrate various technologies**, including lighting, AV, motorized shades, and security systems, into a single, cohesive control platform.
- **Collaborate with installers and project leads** to test, calibrate, and troubleshoot systems during and after installation.
- **Provide system demonstrations** to clients and guide them through using their new smart home setup.
- **Fine-tune system performance** and responsiveness to ensure a high-quality user experience.
- **Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues** as they arise.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma or Degree** in Networking, Electronics, or a related field.
- **1+ years of experience** in IT Networking or a similar role.
- **Strong logical thinking** and a keen attention to detail.
- **Familiarity with smart home programming platforms** (or a willingness to learn quickly).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- **Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, or industrial automation concepts.**:

- Hands-on experience with specific home automation brands like Crestron, Control4, or Savant.
- Experience with advanced networking concepts, including VLANs and network segmentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
