Job Summary

As a Programmer (Networking & Smart Controls), you will be the key to bringing our clients' smart home visions to life. You'll be responsible for programming and integrating a wide range of systems—from lighting and AV to climate and security—into a seamless, user-friendly platform. You will work closely with our installation team to ensure a smooth setup, and with clients to ensure their new system meets their every need.

Key Responsibilities

• Program home automation systems according to project specifications and client preferences.
• Integrate various technologies, including lighting, AV, motorized shades, and security systems, into a single, cohesive control platform.
• Collaborate with installers and project leads to test, calibrate, and troubleshoot systems during and after installation.
• Provide system demonstrations to clients and guide them through using their new smart home setup.
• Fine-tune system performance and responsiveness to ensure a high-quality user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Networking, Electronics, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in IT Networking or a similar role.
• Strong logical thinking and a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with smart home programming platforms (or a willingness to learn quickly).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, or industrial automation concepts.
• Hands-on experience with specific home automation brands like Crestron, Control4, or Savant.
• Experience with advanced networking concepts, including VLANs and network segmentation.

Pay: ₹18, ₹24,000.00 per month
