This is a full-time position that requires strong troubleshooting skills and a customer service focus. This position will be based out of Trinity’s Bangaluru, India office.

Reporting to the Associate Director of IT, the Systems Administrator will be responsible for aligning deployed virtual servers in Trinity’s cloud environments (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google GCP) to Trinity’s standard operating processes in line with our SOC certification. This will include configuring, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining virtual servers in Trinity’s environment. Along with insuring accurate and reliable backups of corporate data, the position will be required to participate in 24×7 tiered support. Additionally, the Systems Administrator will assist in conducting vulnerability and patch management activities, along with developing, reviewing, and maintaining IT standards and operating procedures documentation. The Systems Administrator will be working directly with the Sr. System Administrators, Cloud Engineers, Database Administrators, and Help desk staff to configure, implement, and support IT solutions.

**Position Requirements**:
**Education**:BS/BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or related field.

**Work Experience: 3+** years of hands-on advanced systems administrative support experience in a professional setting.

**Other Skills**:Knowledge and/or working skills in the following areas is preferred, but not required:

- Expertise in Linux operating systems and experience with Windows OS.
- Experience with Active Directory and Domain Administration.
- Direct experience in storage, database, and backup administration and/or technology delivery/services.
- VMWare configuration and support, certification preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of Networking protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP and SFTP.
- Experience in 24×7 support environment.
- Ability to write scripts and batch files to automate IT processes.
- Experience with SOC or other common IT regulatory standards.
- Experience with AWS/GCP cloud services and relevant certifications is preferred but not required.
