**Payroll and Support Executive**

**Location: Magarpatta**

Work hours - 9.30 to 6.30pm

In-office position.

Reporting to Lead HR

**Responsibilities**:
**Payroll**
- Implements, maintains, and manages payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
- Maintaining necessary registers and forms for various acts
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
- Generate payroll related reports to process appraisals, bonuses and evaluation of probation period
- Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Ensures all state and local compliances.
- Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.

**HR & Admin support**
- Compliances related to Appt Letter - Issuing Appt Letter, Additional info, photo, etc
- Leave updating, Annual Bonus, Overtime, Full & Final settlement
- Record Maintenance of Employees - Employee CV, Appt Letters, up gradation letters, Photographs, Additional Information forms
- Issuing Upgradation letters as per due dates & Issuing various other letters such as confirmation letters, salary certificates, bonafide letters etc
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Maintains accurate employee details database and generates monthly reports / MIS
- Update and manage insurance, gratuity data and communication

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in excel
