It- Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Project Managers and Team Leads to maintain project timelines, manage communication, and ensure deliverables are met as per client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects.
- Coordinate between clients, developers, designers, and QA teams.
- Track project milestones, tasks, and dependencies using tools like ClickUp / Trello / JIRA.
- Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Follow up on timelines, resource allocation, and risk factors.
- Schedule internal/external meetings and ensure timely communication.
- Support Project Managers in change requests, scope control, and client escalations.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an IT company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, JIRA, Asana, MS Project).
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.

**Good to Have**:

- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in client communication and documentation (MoM, BRD, etc.).
- Knowledge of agile or scrum methodologies.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
