**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inbound & Outbound Communications**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients, focusing primarily on schools, builders, hotels, and resorts to promote our offerings.

**Quotation and Proposal Management**:

- Prepare and send quotations or proposals to clients based on their needs and requirements.
- Follow up on quotations and proposals to convert them into confirmed sales.

**Lead Management**:

- Track and manage leads generated through platforms like Trade-India, India-Mart, Google AdWords, and SEO.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads.

**Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with order processing, maintaining customer records, and managing sales documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and updating CRM systems.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports for the management team.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; soft-spoken and persuasive.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
