**Responsibilities**:

- **Stock Management**:

- Regularly monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to maintain accurate records of raw materials and finished goods.
- Forecast demand for materials and manage stock replenishment to avoid overstocking or shortages.
- **Vendor Sourcing & Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and engage with reliable vendors for raw materials, packaging, and other supplies.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality and timely supply of materials.
- **Procurement Planning**:

- Plan and implement purchase strategies in alignment with company’s financial goals and production requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments (production, quality control, finance) to streamline purchasing processes.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all purchased goods meet the quality standards of the company.
- Address any discrepancies or quality issues with suppliers to resolve them promptly.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Manage and maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and any relevant legal or regulatory requirements.
- **Cost Optimization**:

- Regularly review purchasing expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in evaluating suppliers' performance for cost, quality, and reliability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in procurement and inventory management, especially in the personal care or FMCG industry. Freshers can apply.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
