**About the Role**:
We are seeking a talented and creative **Graphics & UI Designer** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning graphics and designing user-centric interfaces for digital products. Your work will play a key role in enhancing user experience and elevating our brand presence across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visual assets including illustrations, icons, social media creatives, infographics, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into engaging design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/Graphics Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both **UI design** and **graphic design** work.
- Proficiency in **Figma** is a must; experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is a plus.
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
- Experience with prototyping, wireframing, and creating interactive mockups.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

**Nice to Have**:

- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS).
- Experience with motion graphics or animation.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and design for inclusivity.
