**About the Internship**
We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated **Python Django Interns** with a keen interest in backend development using Django and Django Rest Framework (DRF). This remote internship is ideal for students, recent graduates, or aspiring developers aiming to build hands-on experience in full-stack web development.

During the **first month (probation period)**, you will undergo intensive training and work on guided projects. Successful interns who complete the probation will receive a **performance-based stipend** for the remaining two months.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Python and Django.
- Build and manage RESTful APIs with Django Rest Framework.
- Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate backend APIs.
- Participate in daily/weekly meetings and sprint reviews.
- Debug, test, and optimize backend performance.
- Maintain clean code and proper documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Strong foundation in **Python programming**.
- Familiarity with **Django** and **Django Rest Framework (DRF)**.
- Knowledge of relational databases like **MySQL or PostgreSQL**.
- Understanding of **REST APIs** and basic web architecture.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- _(Preferred but not mandatory)_: Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS, JavaScript**, and **version control (Git)**.
