Python Trainer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Python Training Delivery**:

- Design, prepare, and deliver engaging training sessions on Python programming, covering topics such as syntax, data structures, OOP, and libraries.
- Provide hands-on coding exercises and projects that allow learners to practice their Python skills.
- Conduct both in-person and online sessions to deliver Python training in an interactive and effective manner.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop a structured training curriculum tailored to the skill level of the learners (beginner to advanced).
- Create detailed lesson plans, coding exercises, and real-world examples to support the curriculum.
- Ensure the curriculum includes relevant Python libraries and frameworks, such as Pandas, NumPy, Flask, Django, and TensorFlow.
- **Practical Project Guidance**:

- Provide feedback and guidance on project development, code quality, and troubleshooting.
- Help learners work with various Python development environments and tools (e.g., Jupyter Notebook, IDEs, version control with Git).
- **Student Support and Mentoring**:

- Offer one-on-one support to students, helping them troubleshoot problems and understand key Python concepts.
- Provide personalized feedback on assignments, coding practices, and overall progress.
- Mentor learners on best practices for coding, debugging, and working collaboratively on projects.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Track and assess student progress using quizzes, assignments, and coding challenges.
- Provide evaluations and feedback on assignments to ensure learners meet course objectives.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the learners’ understanding of Python concepts and their ability to solve real-world problems using Python.
- **Stay Updated with Industry Trends**:

- Continuously research new trends, libraries, and frameworks in the Python ecosystem.
- Stay informed about Python-related developments in industries such as data science, machine learning, web development, and automation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Certifications in Python or programming-related courses are a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of hands-on experience in Python programming, including experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Flask, Django, etc.
- **Teaching Experience**: Prior experience in training or mentoring individuals in Python programming, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
- **Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in Python programming and its libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Flask, Django, Matplotlib).
- Understanding of key programming concepts such as object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and functional programming.
- Experience with Python web frameworks (Flask, Django) and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite) and data manipulation using Python.
- Ability to explain complex Python concepts in a simple and engaging way.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring learners.

**Other Requirements**:

- Ability to develop engaging and effective training content.
- Experience with teaching or training tools and platforms (e.g., Learning Management Systems, online courses).
- Familiarity with deployment and automation tools related to Python (e.g., Docker, Jenkins, AWS).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
